Important Information

Public School Works - Please make sure to complete your required training in Public School Works. All training needs to be completed by October 30th.

Attendance Info - Theresa is investigating each absence that is entered into Infinite Campus for every student every period. When a student gives her an explanation for their whereabouts she is also following up and investigating their explanations. Once she comes to a conclusion, absences are being deleted, changed to “other” or students are being referred to Mr. Dahlhofer for discipline. If you have entered an absence and find it later deleted or otherwise changed, please know this is due to her investigation results. For this reason do not re-enter or change an absence she has altered. As a reminder, if you mark a student absent and they arrive late during your class, please change that absence to a tardy so there is no need to investigate these as absences.
Be sure to tell Duncan McElroy his
plates are awesome!

Homecoming Week - Thank you to Mrs. Meyer for sending out the homecoming events in an email. I have created a folder that contains all homecoming week information and it can be found here.  Be sure to review the student seating charts for assemblies.

Academic Support -  Academic Support Forms are required when a student begins to struggle in your class. A team comprised of the three counselors, principal, assistant principal and the school psychologist (C.A.P.) will meet on a weekly basis to discuss all referrals. Please get in the habit of submitting all forms by Friday as we plan to meet early each week. The new link to 2016-2017 school year Academic Support Form can be found here or at the top of this bulletin. Please remember that student involvement is an integral part of academic support plans.  It is also important that parents are notified and included the plans.  All plans should be forwarded to parents and school counselors when you receive your confirmation email.  Be sure to review how often support forms need to be submitted under the Academic Support Form link at the top of this page.

Staff Meeting - Please note the October 11th staff meeting date has been changed to October 18th. The change has been updated in the Staff Google Calendar.
