Important Information

Open House - Thank you for a successful open house.  Many of the comments I heard from families revolved around the great things your are doing in your classrooms.  Continue to reach out to your parents throughout the year to report the positives as well as any concerns you have regarding their children.

Academic Support - The academic support process has changed a bit for this year.  No longer are you required to have the student present to complete the Google Form.  Although they do not need to be present, they do need to be involved in the plan.  There are detailed directions in the Google Form that you will need to become familiar with prior to submitting your first academic support form. Academic Support Forms are required when a student begins to struggle in your class.  A team comprised of the three counselors, principal, assistant principal and the school psychologist (C.A.P.) will meet on a weekly basis to discuss all referrals.  Please get in the habit of submitting all forms by Friday as we plan to meet early each week.  The new link for the Academic Support Form can be found here or at the top of this bulletin.

PLC Feedback - You will notice that the PLC Feedback Form has changed. Please take a look at it prior to Wednesday's meeting as the questions should drive your PLC discussions and work. The new PLC Feedback Form can be found here and at the top of this bulletin.

Former WG Superintendent, Dr. Podojil, gives the pre-game
speech to our football team prior to their win against Riverside.
Cafe Achieve - Cafe Achieve is currently serving their regular menu from their classroom until their new store is open.  The class will be happy to serve you from 7:30-10:30, Monday through Friday.
