Important Information
OGT Week - Please encourage anyone taking the test to get a good night's rest and to eat a good breakfast prior to arriving at school.
OGT Week Bell Schedule -Click here to be directed to our website where the week's bell schedule is listed. Please communicate this schedule with all students and explain that 9th and 10th grade students need to be in the building ready for the test at 7:30.
Congratulations to our Symphonic Band - West Geauga High School Symphonic Band performed this weekend at the district contest and received a rating of 'I' from all 4 judges for an overall rating of 'I' -Superior. Congratulations to Mr. Branch, Mrs. Cosenza and the entire band. Tremendous job!
Accident/Incident Reports - If you witness an accident or incident needing medical/nurse attention, you are required to fill out an accident report. Forms can be found in main or nurses offices.
Coaches and Club Advisers - Please submit your team or club rosters to the main office. All students need to have their participation recorded in our DASL system. Thank you.
eTPES - Professional Growth - At the beginning of the year you were asked to either complete or skip (there is an option after you click Professional Growth Plan to skip) the Professional Growth Plan in eTPES. Your final evaluation for the year will not be finished until you complete this step. Please refer to the image below for clarification. (Click to enlarge)
eTPES - Pre-Observation Document - Prior to your Pre-Observation meeting with your principal, have your Pre-Observation PDF document uploaded to your eTPES site. Once this item is complete, the step will be checked off in eTPES. You will not need to enter your pin if you upload the pdf document. Click to enlarge image below.
eTPES - Evidence and Artifacts - Many questions have come up regarding what documents to provide to the eTPES site. I would recommend you upload any documents you have relating to your observation that help to support the lesson and provide evidence to the evaluation rubric. Upload this information at the bottom of the eTPES site. Here is another visual to help clarify.
PARCC Pilot Test - The PARCC Pilot Tests will be given to students during the first week back from Spring Break. Please click here for the test schedule and click here for the participating students.

Good Family Fun - Looking for something to do this weekend? Support Mr. Stewart and his performing students at WGHS's production of the hit Broadway musical "Little Shop of Horrors". Performances are Friday, March 14 and Saturday, March 15 at 7:00 pm and Sunday, March 16 at 2:00 pm. All performances are in the Middle School Gym. General admission tickets are $10.00. Students and senior tickets are $7.00
