Over 60 WG Band members came to support and play at Operation Santa Sleigh in Chesterland.
Operation Santa Sleigh was organized by the Chesterland Police Department to collect toys
for local residents in need.  Thank you, Jason, for organizing the band's contribution.

for his dedication to the district's students
at a recent board meeting.  Dr. Phelps' term
will expire at the end of the year.

Important Information

Plant Sale - On December 18, the horticulture program is selling holiday plants and arrangements during all lunch periods. Please stop by the main lobby and consider purchasing something to take home.  Get there early as the plants usually go fast.

Holiday Festivities - We hope that you all join us in eating well this week.  On Monday, a chili cook-off is being held during lunch periods.  PTO will be providing lunch on Thursday and Dale Smith is cooking for everyone on Friday.  Under the direction of Melanie Kennedy, Class Act will perform at Friday's luncheon.   I look forward to seeing all of your this week!

Midterm exams - Thank you all for the communication you provided the students regarding this year's midterm exams.  As far as I know, only a few students have made alternative plans to take exams early due to previously arranged travel plans. All other students will take exams according to the posted schedule.  Please encourage students needing extra support to come to see you during Tuesday morning's review session.  Click here to access this week's exam schedule.
