Important Information
Final Weeks of School - Please communicate with your students the lessons' requirements and/or projects the students are required to complete prior to the end of the year. I have fielded several calls from parents who are concerned their students are not doing anything in school at this time of year. Well, we know this is not true, but this is the message some students are telling their parents. Please send an email home communicating your final weeks' plans and student expectations to families to keep them in the loop. Thank you!
End of the Year Checkouts - Checkouts will be held throughout the day on Monday, June 10th, As promised, those that are able to help with graduation on the 6th will be able to check out at 11:00. Checkout can begin when you are finished with your responsibilities. You can begin to collect signatures from Michelle and Joyce as early as the afternoon of Friday, June 7th. I will be in during the rest of the week if you would like to have some extra time to get your work completed. All final grades must be entered in Infinite Campus by the end of the day on Monday, June 10th. Detailed grades must be exported from IC as a PDF and saved to a Google Drive folder. The folder must be shared with me prior to checking out for the summer.
Track and Field - Be sure to congratulate Abigail Drayer for taking third place in the pole vault, Nick Henry for placing third in the 100, and Justin Renner, Nick Henry, Trae Zimmermann and Mario Ghosn for placing fourth in the 4x1 at the Regional Track and Field Meet this weekend. All five advance to Columbus for the OHSAA State Meet this week. A clap out is being planned before they leave and we will let you know when it is scheduled. Congratulations, Mike Taurasi, John Boylan, and Sarah Thrasher on a nice season and getting these athletes to the state competition.
