Important Information

Morning Announcements - Thank you to Kelly Klampe, Sarah Thrasher, and the West G TV students for the big improvements to the morning announcements.  It was a great weather report by Nick and Kat last week.  If you haven't tuned in, please do so at the beginning of the second period.  All students need to be watching. Teachers can click on the live stream YouTube link here and watch as a class.

School Information - If you advise a club or coach an activity, please be sure to send your announcements to the West G TV crew at Westg.tv@westg.org.  Be sure to include announcements recognizing students for outstanding and team accomplishments.  West G TV is always looking for good news to put on the air.  Thanks.

IEP Meetings - Thank you to all of our teachers for attending and proving valuable input during student IEP meetings.  As a reminder, teachers should be prepared to talk about students' strengths and weaknesses as they relate to the IEP goals during the meetings.  You are invited to attend these meetings through Google Calendar.  Special education teachers send regular education teachers an invitation that will arrive in your email inbox and appear on your Google Calendar once accepted.  These invitations can be accepted by clicking "Yes" in the email or through Google Calendar.  Thank you.

Period Attendance - Please take accurate period attendance throughout the entire year. This information is reported to ODE through EMIS.
