Test Administration Credentials - In lieu of Tuesday's staff meeting, please complete the TA Certification Course in TIDE.   Click here to access the course. This is similar to last year's online training but contains updated information for this year's assessments. You will need to log in for this training using your TIDE/AIR account. Please let me know if you have problems getting into your account.  Please print your course completion certificate and provide it to Joyce.

Professional Development - On Tuesday, February 20, 2018, we will all meet from professional development.  Please find the day's schedule here.

ACT Pre-Administration - Please see below for the Feb. 6 email from Sarah Widman regarding Monday's ACT-Pre-Administration session.

Hello, staff!

On Tuesday, February 27th the State Funded ACT will be administered to all juniors.  This will begin promptly at 7:30 am and last until approximately 11:30-11:45 am.  We will be using room 124, the library and the auxiliary gym.  Please note: students with accommodations will receive extended time and may test anywhere between February 27 - March 13, but most of the students will complete the test on February 27.  If you have a class of only juniors in the morning, you may be asked to assist with proctoring.

To prepare for this test administration, we must conduct a pre-administration session to complete the non-test portions of the answer document.  This will take place onMonday, February 12th starting at the beginning of 6th period and lasting approximately one hour (12:01 - 1:05 pm).  This is mandatory and students who do not complete this process cannot test on February 27.  We will do our best to conduct this session as efficiently as possible.  If you have a 6th period class with only juniors you are invited to help with this session (provide pencils, collect completed materials, keep the chatter to a minimum, etc.), but are not required to attend.

Please contact me with any questions.  I appreciate your understanding.
Thank you,
Sarah

Academic Pinning Ceremony - The Academic Pinning Ceremony make-up day will not be rescheduled. Rather, the students will be recognized during the Academic Awards Ceremony on April 18, 2018.

Have a nice long weekend.  I look forward to seeing everyone at Tuesday's PD sessions.
