Important Information

Academic Support Forms - The new and improved Academic Support Forms are ready to go! Some changes this year include information regarding content standards.  The new forms will be automatically emailed to the family along with a letter describing the process and provided supports.  You will no longer need to forward an email to the student and parents!  Please click here to see an example of the letter that is generated and sent to the families.   The process for completing the forms will remain the same.  For more information on the Academic Support Form process, click here.

Period Room Change - Please place a note on your classroom door if you are not in your scheduled room location. Include the periods you will be out of the room and the new room location.  Thank you.

Public School Works - Please make sure to complete your required training in Public School Works. All training needs to be completed by October 30th.

October Staff Meeting - Our October staff meeting has been cancelled to allow you additional time to complete your Public School Works training.  The October 10th date has been removed from the staff calendar.

Evaluations - On Friday, I emailed our entire staff the Performance Review Schedule for the 2017-2018 school year.  If you are highlighted in yellow, you are to be formally evaluated this year.  Regardless of your evaluation cycle, all of you will need to complete a growth plan as part of your formal or informal evaluation. In your OTES growth plan, please be sure to address the building goals and their implementation in your professional work. Each year I truly look forward to the professional conversations that occur during the process.  Ron and I look forward to beginning the process a bit earlier than previous years.  Click here for more information on completing the required growth plan.
