Important Information
STEM Fair - The February 1st Kiwanis STEM Fair was a huge success. West G had over 200 participants and credit is given to those of you who devoted hours of your time seeing that children are successful! Check out this folder with all of the photos and award winners. Thank you for the hard work you put into the fair.
PARCC PD Session - The second PARCC Session originally slated for February 13th from 4:00-5:00 conflicts with Elementary conferences this year. So, the PARCC II Session will take place on February 12 from 4:00-5:00 and on February 13 from 3:00-4:00 in an attempt to make it available for those who are interested.
OGT Test Dates - We are scheduled to take the OGT during the week of March 10. There have been a lot of rumors about pushing the date back because of all the calamity days. At this point they are strictly rumors. ODE has stated that it would be very difficult to push back the test window because of the time frame required to get the results to schools prior to graduation. OGT Test Security - Please review this document related to Standards for the Ethical Use of Tests.
Snowball - Thank you to all those that volunteered their time to make the Snowball Dance a successful event. Thank you Stephanie and Josephine for putting the dance together. The students definitely appreciate your hard work.
